":) thanks SO MUCH MIPA!!! i ordered the lemon millet muffins, the GF carrot bread, the thin mints, and a surprise (coconut choco balls). the GF bread is a great consistency and not too sweet. OBVIOUSLY the thin mints are perfection -- literally the best cookies i've ever had, vegan or otherwise. the choco balls were soft and chewy, like a sugar cookie but chocolate. and they all came on time and unsmooshed. thanks again, mipa!" - Rae D.

The cookies were perfect (not too dark chocolatey at all), and the muffins were very aromatic with the chai spice. "I received my box of goodies last night after a little email back and forth and placing an order last week. I ordered the cookie gift set, a couple of different breads and styles of muffins. Once I opened my box, I saw the care in which everything was put together and had a personalized note inside. Color me impressed. I brewed some Peppermint Green Tea and tried one of each of the different cookies. Each tasted as described on the product page. I was especially taken by the Spicy Chocolate Snookerdoodles. It was so soft and chocolatey and when you thought it was all gone, you get a hint of cayenne and you're brain says, "Whoa!" in a Keanu Reeves voice. "Hi Mipa! Living in Berkeley and LA, I had been so accustomed to an abundance of vegan goodness, but obviously in Korea it is a different story.
I'm not vegan or even vegetarian, but I enjoy healthful foods. I picked up some of your carrot bread from the High Street Market and I just wanted to say, it was absolutely delicious! "Thin Mint Cookies: These cookies are absolutely fabulous. It's a mint cookie that's not too sweet and has just the right amount of crunch and minty goodness. It's hard to believe that they are vegan. Storing them in the freezer was a great idea!
Classic Snickerdoodles: These cookies remind me a lot of soft shortbread, but with a nice little cinnamon kick. They're perfect to have with coffee or tea and don't have an overpowering sugar flavor.
Spicy Choco Snickerdoodles: These cookies start out rich and chocolaty, and then have a delightful spicy kick. Also slightly cakey and moist, but delectable." - Ange C.
